More Ideas for Network Marketing Emails
There is no end to the things you can write about in emails to people about network marketing (or any other group of people). In addition to the suggestions in the article above, here are some more that I use specifically in my business opportunity.
Just put yourself in the shoes of the person you’ll be sending emails to and imagine what kinds of questions you would have.
What kind of questions do people wanting to make more money generally have? When you talk to people or reply to emails, take note of the questions they ask and turn them into emails.
Here are some specific ideas:
How about educating them on their options to make money? (paychecks vs. residual incomes…)
Long term vs. short term money strategies (like selling products vs. building a business…)
Tips and advice on how to find quality businesses to join? (what to look for, what to avoid…)
I love that last one–there’s a lot of concern out there about being scammed or losing everything on a bad company. If you teach them how to avoid programs and businesses they don’t want to work with, you can then help your prospects understand how a quality company, such as yours, CAN help them.
Disqualify the competition
If you’re good, you can even educate your email list on how to differentiate a good mentor from a bad one. Educate your prospects on all the bad habits most uplines have and then make sure you don’t do any of those things yourself.
You can tell them to steer clear of any web sites that seem too full of hype or make a lot of promises without actually demonstrating their knowledge up front.
You can instruct them to, if they do sign up for any free information on a competitor’s site, to go back and compare the information they received with what they were promised (the free info virtually never stacks up to the hype) and suggest that they shouldn’t consider working with anyone who can’t deliver on their promises.
Do these things and every web site that breaks those rules will no longer be your competitor–you’ve kicked them out of the game as far as your prospects are concerned. Come up with enough things like that and pretty soon your email list won’t want to work with anyone but you.
Can’t think of anything that sets you apart from other business owners? You’d better come up with something fast. If there aren’t any good reasons for your prospects to choose you above all others, you won’t be in business very long.
You want to make it so that by the time someone gets done reading everything you send them, it won’t matter if they look at other business alternatives or talk to other network marketers–they’ll return to you because you’ve educated them on all their alternatives and they’ve chosen to work with you.
